Welcome to Gracie Barra Hialeah ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Enrollment & Membership

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll in our programs.

Registration: To sign up for classes or memberships, you may be required to provide personal information, which will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Membership Fees: All fees for training, programs, or memberships are due as stated at the time of purchase.
2. Payments & Billing

Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon during enrollment.

Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Non-Refundable Fees: All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
3. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide a 30-day written notice via email or in person at our facility.

Final Billing Cycle: You will be billed for one final month after your cancellation request, as services remain available during the 30-day notice period.

Failure to Provide Notice: If you do not provide a 30-day notice, you will be charged for the following month’s billing cycle.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate memberships due to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misconduct.
4. Class Policies & Code of Conduct

Attendance & Punctuality: Members are expected to arrive on time and participate fully in scheduled classes.

Respect & Conduct: All members must respect instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program.

Dress Code: Proper training attire, including the official Gracie Barra uniform, is required for all classes.
5. Liability & Waiver

Assumption of Risk: Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Liability Waiver: Gracie Barra Hialeah, its staff, and instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during training or events.

Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in training and have no medical conditions preventing participation.
6. Use of Personal Information

Data Collection: We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Marketing Communications: By signing up, you consent to receiving emails and SMS messages regarding class schedules, promotions, and important updates. You may opt-out at any time.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
