Tiny Champions (Ages 3 & 4)

Our Tiny Champions program is designed to introduce the youngest members to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a playful and nurturing environment. At this age, children begin developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, and social skills while learning the very basics of Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Our engaging, age-appropriate activities help build confidence and discipline while ensuring a fun experience on the mats.

Program Highlights:

  • Develop listening skills and focus through structured activities.

  • Learn the foundational movements of Jiu-Jitsu with fun, interactive drills.

  • Build early confidence and social skills in a team setting.

Little Champions 1 (Ages 5 & 6)

As children grow, so does their ability to understand and apply Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Little Champions 1 is focused on teaching practical self-defense moves, discipline, and respect while continuing to build on foundational skills. Students are introduced to structured training that encourages goal-setting and teamwork, setting the stage for personal growth.

Little Champions (Ages 6-9)

Little Champions 2 (Ages 7 & 9)

Little Champions 2 builds upon the skills learned in the previous program, introducing more technical aspects of Jiu-Jitsu. At this stage, students improve their understanding of defense and offense, as well as increase their physical fitness and mental sharpness. This program is designed to challenge students to think strategically and apply their skills in a controlled and safe environment.

  • Enhance strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Boost physical fitness and agility through structured training.
